Eagleview is a Senior Living Community located in Exton, PA featuring Hambro Composite Floor Joists. Phase I of this project includes a 4-story assisted living facility consisting of 120,000-square-feet of Hambro. The Hambro composite floor joists are bearing on light gauge, low bearing wall panels, and will also be featured on Phase II, the independent living facility portion of the project.

Hambro Structural Floor Joists are proud to have been utilized on Arbour Square at Plymouth Meeting senior living facilities in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This new 4-story, approximately 185,000-square-foot building features non-combustible Hambro Composite Floor Joists bearing on steel stud bearing walls.
